The lead actress of Tamil film industry and did some Hindi films, Trisha was born on 4 th May, 1983 in Chennai to Late Krishnan and Uma Krishnan. She studied from Sacred Heart Matriculation Sr. Sceondary School and Ethiraj College for BBA. She won Miss Madras in 1999 and appeared in the music video Meri Chunar Udh Udh Jaye. Her debut film was Lesa Lesa. She won four Filmfare, CineMAA awards, Nandi Awards, and many other awards down south. She is the PETA ambassador and also endorsed some products also. She is well known for her work in Khatta Meetha in 2010.
